I moved into a new house with a much different floor plan and more space than I had previously had. For two years I tried to do it myself and finally realized my project was too large to patch together. I needed a master design strategy for the entire main floor of our home. Because I had seen work SPD had done for other friends, I knew I really liked her style.

Stacy spent a lot of time getting to know our taste and how our family would use the space. She started from the ground up with paint colors that were perfect for each room but also formed a cohesive color palette on the main floor. She put together a storyboard that helped me envision what the finished rooms would look like but also provided choices as we added layers of lighting, drapes, rugs and finally furniture and art to each room.

SPD’s client service philosophy has accommodated my phased approach to implementing the design. Stacy has helped me prioritize purchases and happily worked at my cautious pace. We are about 75% done at this point and it is gorgeous. We love everything SPD has done, especially the unique twists that were initially a little out of our comfort zone. I have really enjoyed working with Stacy and enthusiastically recommend SPD every chance I get.
